Youth Program

Investing in Tomorrow’s Leaders

Open Field’s youth programs aren’t just about scoring goals; they’re about building strong, resilient young leaders through intentionally designed programs that leverage the transformational power of sport.

Sports Based Youth Development

We champion the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, helping youth thrive holistically.

Through our Girls’ Program, we push for gender equality, challenging societal expectations.

We reward academic success and promote post-secondary education through our College Program.

We provide on-the-job training and employment opportunities with our Youth Leader program and the Global Soccer league.

Active soccer participation bolsters physical well-being, emphasizing health’s pivotal role for youth.
