The greatest gift a leader can get is the gift of feedback. When someone takes the time to pause, reflect on what’s happened, and communicate back what they saw and heard, and how it made them feel and act – they have offered the greatest gift of all.
Ayo Ayompe is one of our peer leader that is making us proud, she is 12 year old and has 5 siblings 3 boys and 2 girls and enjoys every moment of her time spent with CFDP. A form 2 student from one of our partner schools Lord Bilingual Academy wish to be a professor in future. She drilled the crowd in the last peer leader training by giving us feedback in all her participation and responsibilities since she join CFDP.She admire leading a team not only in CFDP activities but also in the church, community and school.
