On Sunday February 14, 2016, the Mamfe League launched. The first game of the league was between Santos F.C, represented by the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and Sholom F.C, represented by the Hampton Soccer Club.

The kickoff of the game was facilitated by the Director of the Delegation of Sports and Physical Education. In the first half, Santos team member Ayamba scored the first point. There was also a spectacular play by Orang Zidane from Sholom in the second half. However, Santos prevailed during the game and won. It was a great way to kick off the first game of the league and we look forward to the games ahead!
