Day two of CFDP’s collaboration with Coaches Across Continents saw an increase in participants as 8 to 10 women and 37 to 40 men were present to be instructed! After observing this population growth, our contact in Kumba declared “what a wonderful program CFDP has introduced in Kumba!”

Day two consisted of distributing questionnaires to all participant to better gauge what they thought about the training. Additionally the drills for day two were based on setting goals and achieving them and also on leadership skills.
