According to our contacts in Kumba day three was very special!!

The coaches were very punctual and the discussion of the day was centered around the protection of children’s rights (physical emotional and sexually) in sports. This topic was based on three dimensions,
1) what methods coaches can use to be preventative rather than reactionary, namely, how to spot problems unfolding and step in before things get out of hand
2) a focus on coaches taking responsibility and protecting the children despite their cultural norms
3) and lastly things that coaches should never do to children like hit or physicaly abuse them

Additionally all the drills in the field were centered on the protection of children’s rights
