Young girls have a lot more choices these days; an opportunity to feel better about themselves, Cameroonfdp is providing this forum to young girls in kumba through football. Second phase of the girl’s enrichment league was played on Thursday the 20th of August 2015 with four teams and the results were as follows Brescia FC 10 Wumjeck FC 07, St Peter 07 Arsenal 10.
The theme of the day was hard work and both teams exercised the importance of hard work via motivational statements, followed by Referee questions. Sport lovers from the delegate of sport and physical education alongside with FECAFOOT Delegates were present at the field to encourage these girls with a passion for the beautiful game of football. Madam Mwengela Catherine Regional Delegate of female football south west Region was present to cheer the girls and was Surprised at what the Organization is doing especially in the domain of gender equity, and when the girls came out to read motivational statements she exclaimed ‘’ an enrichment league indeed’’ Kudos to CameroonFDP for such an initiative
