“Open field is special because we blend football and life skills to transform youths in our communities positively,” Nenne, the Director of Operations and Programming, said.

Through football, girls in Cameroon have more confidence and higher self-esteem. They also have a positive body image and better states of psychological well-being.
Nenne has witnessed her girls grow in many ways through sport. She says they do better in school, they have become role models in their communities, and they practice teamwork and goal setting.
