Working with youths in difficult circumstances requires honoring their strength and looking for ways to build healthy one on one relationships between them and other members of their communities. Many young men and women show great resilience in meeting the challenges they faced and working in this organization I now assist them by providing appropriate space and opportunity to take charge of their lives and develop healthy coping skills for their present and future, CameroomFDP also encourage girls participation in all its program, empowering girls and young mothers has completely transformed my personality especially as a young dynamic women who is determine and willing to empower youths and break all communication barriers between youths and their leaders, teachers and parents.
